Read-only wherever the work allows it. During a Finance Health Check it is always read-only — the job is to look, not to change anything.
No credentials by email or text. Access is granted through your accounting platform's own user permissions, in your name, under your control, and revocable by you at any time.
Two-factor authentication on every system I touch, with documents kept in one secure client portal rather than scattered across inboxes.
Your file stays yours. If we stop working together you keep everything, in the system you already own, with no export fee. Management owns the financials and the decisions — that does not change because you outsourced the work.
